Days 1–2
Bandung Highlands
Kawah Putih, the Rancabali tea terraces and Art Deco Bandung.
Day 3
North to Jepara
Overland to the coast for the morning crossing.
Days 4–6
Karimunjawa
Two boat days on the reef, one deliberately empty.
