Java is the main island of Indonesia, and most visitors only fly through it. The ones who stop find volcanoes you can stand on before sunrise, temples built in the 8th century, and a reef a short boat ride from the north coast.

Do I pay on this site?
No. There is no booking or payment here. You send an inquiry, we reply with a route and a price, and you decide.
Are the prices fixed?
The prices on the journey pages are indicative, per person, in US dollars. The real price depends on your dates, your group size and the hotels you choose.
Private trip or small group?
Both. Every journey runs as a private trip for your own party, or as a small group of 2 to 14 travellers.
What language does the guide speak?
English. The German and French pages are translations of this site; the guide speaks English.
When is the best time to visit Java?
The dry season, roughly April to October, is best for the volcanoes and for the boat to Karimunjawa. Each destination page lists its own best months.
How do I reach you?
